We would like to invite you to participate in the Arkansas Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired, AR-AER, state conference. We are planning to have a large space for exhibitors so that both professionals and consumers can view products and services. A pre-conference workshop is scheduled for Thursday morning and the regular conference will commence that afternoon. A detailed conference schedule will be provided on the Conference page as soon as it is available.
Below you will find the “Vendor Registration Form” with detailed information. The event is being held in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the Four Points by Sheraton-Midtown on 925 South University. The can be reached directly at 501-664-5020. Special room rates are available at the government rate. Make sure to mention you are with the AR-AER conference when making your reservations.
Set-up is Thursday morning anytime between 8:00-12:00. Please check with the front desk before setting up.
Make sure to indicate on the “Vendor Reservation Form” whether you would like to order a ticket for the awards luncheon on Friday. We would enjoy sharing this time with you, so please let us know, in advance, if you are planning to attend.
